Bob and Doris are on a plane, en route to a two-week vacation to celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary.
Suddenly the captain announces that the plane’s engines have ceased to function and they will attempt an emergency landing on an uncharted tropical island. However, the odds are good that they may never be rescued and will have to live on the island for the rest of their lives.
Thanks to the skill of the flight crew, the plane lands safely.
Bob and Doris are glad to be alive but shaken that they may never be found.
Out of the blue, Bob asks Doris, “Honey, did you pay the credit card bill before we left?”
“No,” replied Doris.
“Did you pay the gas bill?”
“No. I’m afraid I was so busy packing; I forgot,” said Doris.
“How about the mortgage?”
“I’m afraid I forgot that, too.”
She was about to ask what he was getting at when Bob broke out in blissful laughter, jumping up and down.

“We don’t have to worry!” Bob yelled. “They’ll find us! They’ll find us!”
